Syncminds LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to delivering high-quality technology services and digital products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our different service offerings.

2. Custom Software Development and Consulting Services

For custom software development, technical consulting, and professional services:

  • Work in Progress: Once work has commenced on a project, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. This includes time spent on discovery, planning, design, development, and any other project activities.
  • Deposits: Project deposits are generally non-refundable once work begins. If a project is cancelled before work starts, deposits may be refundable minus any administrative costs incurred.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable as they represent work already delivered and accepted.
  • Project Cancellation: If you need to cancel a project, please notify us immediately. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. SaaS and Subscription Services

For software-as-a-service products and subscription-based services:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days if the service does not meet your needs. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Free Trials: We encourage you to take advantage of any free trial periods to evaluate our services before committing to a paid subscription.

4. Digital Products

For digital products such as templates, tools, or downloadable software:

  • General Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
  • Defective Products: If a digital product is defective or does not function as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
  • Wrong Product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not downloaded or used it, contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Significant service outages or failures caused by us that materially impact your use of the service
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Services not delivered as explicitly promised in writing
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order or invoice number
  • Description of the product or service
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
